I have gathered over 30 years of experience within the Collision Repair Industry beginning way back as an apprentice to tradesman Body Repair Technician to Collision Shop Owner to Industry Consultant to General Manager of my own Software Company. This has been my life journey so far. Finding something you love & loving what you do. That is the definition of a dream Job. I love what I do everyday, even on hardest of days when tough decisions & actions are required to the most empowering of days when you see the difference your product has made for a client & what our team stands for is shining through. Paul Belosev

Technical Director

With over 15 years experience in both Software Engineering and Network Engineering, my abilities to understand both the hardware and software side of computers has proven to be a valuable asset. At the age of 13 I started experimenting with website design and graphic design. This become an obsession I undertook day after day and soon after I realised this is what I wanted to pursue as a career. By the age of 16 I had developed a software application for a large sheet metal company and this developed into an expanding and diverse client base. When Gavin first approached me to develop software for his company, I could see the potential in Planning Plus and knew it would be a success. I then joint the company as technical director to continue developing the product full time to be the best available planning system on the market.

Jennifer Rees

Accounts

I have been with Planning Plus Software for 5 years after spending nearly 15 years in the Travel Industry.  I have been lucky enough during this time to see the product develop immensely and I am excited for the future.  My primary role to date has been managing the accounts department. The evolution of our internal automated systems & documented processes has now allowed me the opportunity to take further interest in other areas of the Company. My challenges for 2015 now include new client data preparation, set up and training.  I love a challenge and it is very rewarding to work with others who share the same common goal.

Daniel Harrison

Technical Support

I joined Planning Plus at the beginning of 2015 as the role of technical support and technical assistant.  Currently, I am completing a bachelor of Computer and Software Engineering; this role has provided me with an insight into a real world application of the various aspects taught in my course, as well as allowing me to further develop my skillset, outside of a university setting.  Before Planning Plus, I worked as a structural steel estimator, which gave me the skills to converse with clients, and to problem solve easily.  This role allows me to use my previous experience working with clients, in a industry much more technological based.  I am excited for the future, and the advancements that Planning Plus will make.
